ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant - EmployeeWorks - OTTO/Slate

Job description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design and deliver employee experiences on ServiceNow EmployeeWorks. This role requires EmployeeWorks enablement and hands-on implementation experience with Otto or Employeeworks Slate. The consultant should be ready to contribute with minimal ramp-up.
Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy EmployeeWorks capabilities, including employee-facing experiences, workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Turn business requirements and user stories into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub integrations, scripts, access controls, and REST/SOAP connections.
- Configure Employee Center features such as content, navigation, search, and personalized experiences.
- Work with architects, business process consultants, developers, product owners, and customer stakeholders on solution design and delivery.
- Troubleshoot platform and integration issues; support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production stabilization.
- Apply ServiceNow development, security, and upgrade-safe configuration practices.
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow development and configuration experience, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Mandatory EmployeeWorks enablement and hands-on Otto or Employee Slate implementation experience.
- Experience with Employee Center, employee experience capabilities, HR Service Delivery, and employee-facing workflows.
- Working knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data models, roles, access controls, App Engine or scoped applications, and Service Portal or UI Builder.
- Experience delivering ServiceNow work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and EmployeeWorks Otto/Slate enablement are expected. Relevant EmployeeWorks or Employee Experience training is valuable. CIS-HR, CAD, App Engine, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub credentials are preferred. Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
